It reads the geometry
Lines, polylines, arcs, circles, ellipses and splines all get measured, which gives total cut length, part size and the number of pierce points. Those are the same three figures our draughtsmen start from when they quote by hand.
It prices it by the kilogram
Our rates are per kilogram of finished part, so the estimator works out the mass from your part size, thickness and material, then applies the cutting rate and, if there are folds, the bending rate. No set-up fee, no charge per hole.
It checks our machines
Part size against the 4000 × 2000 mm bed, thickness against the material limit, bend force against 160 T over 4 m. If your part falls outside any of that it says so, rather than quietly quoting something we cannot make.

It does not price surface finish, galvanising, powder coating, tapping, countersinking, welding, assembly, certification or delivery, and aluminium is quoted by hand. Mention what you need and we will put it in the real quote.

Attach a DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES, SolidWorks file or a PDF. No CAD at all? A photo of the sketch, or of the old part with a tape measure next to it, is genuinely fine. Our draughtsmen will draw it up.
