IK Plus (Pty) LTD is a level 1 BEE black-owned company established to serve the cutting, bending, rolling and fabrication needs of niche customers in the metal and engineering industry Our team consists of young, experienced CNC laser and bending operators with over 10 years of expertise, supported by skilled draughtsmen and expert laser technicians.

 

Throughout our journey as operators, we have observed and experienced numerous challenges related to cutting, quality and turnaround times. These challenges which are often caused by poor project management, lack of knowhow, and inefficient quality control. IK plus has developed solutions to address these challenges.

Our laser department has a 6KW fiber laser 4000mm x 2000mm Loading table or area capable to cut mildsteel 0.5mm to 30mm 
Stainless steel 0.5mm to 16mm. Equip with cut control technology that prevents the machine to make scrap

CNC Bending

Our bending department has 160T  NC press brake capability to bend 0.5mm to 12mm by 4000mm bend length.
